We hope you love our products, but if you don’t, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase. To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, each item in your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, items must ship in their original packaging.
If you purchased a good from us that is perishable (such as food or flowers) we are unable to accept the item as a return. Other non-refundable items include gift cards, downloadable contents, personal care items and custom made items. If the product description of one of the said non-returnable product for sale indicates that it is returnable, then the product is returnable. We are always available to answer questions about the return-ability of products.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item or for purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and have approved or rejected a refund. Shipping and handling costs associated with your order are non-refundable. If approved, we will email you a confirmation and send a refund within a few days.
